Social events
British Forces Fitness also hold charity social events on a regular basis, throughout 2010 the BFF team arranged for Sleaford BFF members and instructors to sample the deilghts of local restaurants such as O’Connells, Tai Sabai and The Agra. The restaurants produced set menus and tickets were sold, all proceeds raised from the tickets was donated to the Armed Forces Charity Help for Heroes and The Jack Marshall Brain Tumour Fund.
