What ability group will I be in?
At every class you participate in you can choose the group you want to be in Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced. Most people will go in the beginner group for their FREE trial lesson so they can get a feel for the class and then be able to put themselves in the right group for them next time.
How long will it take to see results?
Along with a balanced diet seeing results at our sessions and in the mirror will happen in a matter of weeks. Not only will you notice your improved fitness and strengh, you will look and feel better about yourself. Remember exercise not only works wonders for the body but for the mind also!
Am I too old or too overweight
As long as you can complete the health questionnaire and answer the questions accurately and honestly then there should be no reason why you can’t benefit from attending British Forces Fitness sessions. If you answered YES to any of the questions indicating you have/had a medical condition that may be affected by physical exercise, you may need to ask your Doctor for their medical opinion before joining us. British Forces Fitness has NO UPPER AGE LIMIT anyone above the age of 16 can come and join in!
When do classes take place?
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the lesson start time to allow for registration and payment.
What Should I wear?
It depends on the weather, but typically during the winter months we would advise wearing thermal running pants/ tracksuit bottoms, a thermal/long sleve tshirt, a lightweight running jacket/hoodie, gloves and a hat. During the summer months we advise Shorts/Tracksuit bottoms and T shirt/ Long sleeve tops.
Running trainers are essential.

It is advisable that you bring a towel if you drive to the venue to place on your car seat after training.
Do I need to bring my own water?
No, we will provide water for our clients throughout the lesson.
