How To Join
If you would like a FREE trial session at British Forces Fitness, then just fill in the online health questionnaire, print off and bring with you to next British Forces Fitness session at your chosen venue. Most people tend to hear about British Forces Fitness through a friend or work colleague and attend with them, but there are usually plenty of other trialists.
At the meeting point, you will be welcomed by a British Forces Fitness instructor who will talk with you about your health questionnaire and how much fitness (if any!) you do at the moment. They will then suggest which level you should start at.
Each class is divided into different ability groups and starts with a dynamic warm up. This is followed by a full 40 minutes of effective and varied fitness training, Water breaks are given throughout the session to keep clients hydrated. The session ends with a cool down and stretch.
Please note that you have to be at least 16 years of age to attend a British Forces Fitness session.
Once you have downloaded and correctly filled out your British Forces Fitness health questionnaire, choose the next available training session to suit you (every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday). Please arrive 20 min before session where you will be greeted by one of our friendly instructors who will discuss your health questionnaire and explain how the lessons are conducted and answer any other questions you may have.
